Stock Availability: From time to time, product may be out of stock. If this occurs, Soap Queen will contact the buyer and arrange either an alternative or a refund.
Payment: All orders are to be paid for before any delivery is made. Payment can be made by PayPal and most credit cards.
Cancellations: Any cancellations must be received before shipping which is normally the next business day. If the order has been shipped and you wish to cancel the order, you will be responsible for the cost of delivery which will be taken out of any refund.
