Soap Queen has the Paypal option. You may use MasterCard, Visa or simply transfer from your bank account to this option.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order. However you should consider order amount versus postage costs.
I Have decided that I do not want the goods received. Can I return or exchange them?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we cannot refund or exchange. The product leaves our company in a professional condition. Please carefully make your selection and please contact us via info@soapqueen.com.au if you have a product enquiry.
Do you ship out Australia?
Yes. Consider if you want product shipped via economy or express due to price differences.
